Tricia has been managing HOAs over the past 20 years exclusively in the Southern Nevada area. She is a state and nationally certified Homeowners Association Community Manager. Tricia has established strong relationships with all of the HOAs under her management. She works tirelessly for her properties and has successfully steered her clients through the recent changes in Nevada law as applied to HOAs as well as construction defect lawsuits. Tricia's unique ability to facilitate constructive solutions to the complex problems faced by today's Associations has gained for her a reputation unsurpassed in HOA management industry. She is former Board Member of CAI (Community Associations Institute) and a former Board Member of CAMEO (Community Association Management Executive Officers).
