Schedule and attend all Board of Directors and Annual Meetings
Mail or deliver all meeting material for Board and Annual Meetings in a timely manner

Monthly property inspections by your manager to ensure compliance with Governing Documents to include written notification of non-compliance
Liaison between Board of Directors, homeowners and vendors

Prepare documents as they relate to re-sale or refinance of units
Collect all assessments and additional charges
Maintain accurate record of all expenditures and receipts related to the Association
Monthly financial statement is submitted to the Board of Directors
