Colonial Property Management was organized to deliver an unprecedented level of service to today's Homeowner's Associations. We are committed to raising the quality of service and level of professionalism with the Community Association Management Industry and  feel HOAs are ready for an unprecedented level of communication and timely response to the issues that concern them. We deliver on both of these requests based on a combination of our professional expertise in Association management and the most up-to-date office automation that is currently available.

The secret to our success at Colonial Property Management has been listening to our homeowner communities, understanding their issues, and solving the day-to-day problems that arise. From our Association Managers, to our Accounting Staff, and don't forget our friendly Telephone Operators, our number one goal is solving our homeowners top issues. There's no secret in being able to deliver great service to our clients - minimize the number of clients that each manager can assist. This philosophy was adopted when we started Colonial and it will continue to be our strategy in the future.

financial institutions, and other third-parties (each, a “Vendor”), and may have a financial interest
in or receive compensation from such Vendors. A list of Vendors with whom the Agent possess
a financial interest or from whom the Agent receives compensation is noted below, and the
parties agree that Vendors may be added to the list during the term of the Agreement who shall
be deemed to have been disclosed with the same force as if the disclosure had been made on the
initial date of the Management Agreement for the purpose of NRS 116A.610.
